CSV files contain CMAQ model predictions for Baltimore by season and year used in the publication by Sapkota et al. (2025). Files ending in _H2O.csv contain aerosol liquid water associated with inorganic species in Aitken (AH2OI) and accumulation (AH2OJ) modes. In addition, the file contains aerosol liquid water associated with organic species (AORH2OJ). All concentrations are in micrograms per cubic meter of air. All other files contain a combination of gas and aerosol species extracted from EQUATES (Foley et al., 2023) output (CMAQv5.3.2, CB6r3_AE7). Aerosols were modeled with AERO7. Columns 'AC' to the end are aerosol species where naming conventions follow CMAQ standards (A indicates aerosol, PM25 indicates and PM2.5 size cut, etc; names are based on standard CMAQ species and post processing conventions). See https://github.com/USEPA/CMAQ/blob/5.3.2/CCTM/src/MECHS/mechanism_information/cb6r3_ae7_aq/AE7_species_table.md for raw CMAQ model aerosol species names and https://github.com/USEPA/CMAQ/blob/5.3.2/CCTM/src/MECHS/cb6r3_ae6_aq/SpecDef_cb6r3_ae6_aq.txt for derived aerosol species. Aerosols are reported in micrograms per cubic meter of air. RH is relative humidity in percent. All other columns (excluding date and time) are gas-phase species in ppb. See https://github.com/USEPA/CMAQ/blob/5.3.2/CCTM/src/MECHS/mechanism_information/cb6r3_ae7_aq/cb6r3_ae7_aq_species_table.md for gas-phase species identities.
