This dataset contains emissions measurement data from experiments performed on the Rainbow Furnace to investigate the incineration of PFBA and PFOA.

The data files:
	"CEMS Summary PFBA Injection 34kW.xlsx"
	"CEMS Summary PFOA Injection 34kW.xlsx"

	Contain time series data on the flows of natural gas and combustion air, temperature readings, combustion emission monitor (CO, CO2, O2), and processed FTIR concentrations for each respective experiment.

The data files:
	"CIMS PFBA PFOA Calibration HR data.csv"
	"CIMS PFBA HR data.csv"
	"CIMS PFOA HR data.csv"

	Contain high-resolution peak fit data collected by the Aerodyne VOCUS 2R operated in iodide reagent mode. Each file contains 1 Hz time series data, with the time specified by the columns titled 
	"t_elapsed_Buf.d" which describes the instrument time with t=0 the start of data acquisition and,
	"t_local.d" which gives the corresponding local instrument time in EST.

	All other columns are contain the species or exact m/Q mass listed in the first row of the column with subsequent rows giving the number of ions/s for that data collection time.

The data file:
	"OTM-50 Rainbow PFBA PFOA results.xlsx"

	Contain the analysis details and narrative of how samples were prepared, analyzed, and reported concentrations from OTM-50 samples collected for both PFBA and PFOA experiments.

The data file:
	"PFBA_PFOA_Solutions_Prep_Analysis.xlsm"

	Contain narrative describing the preparation of the PFBA and PFOA solutions, pre-analysis of each solution by LC-MS/MS and analysis of liquid captured from the injection apparatus pre- and post- experiment. 

The file:
	"FTIR raw files.zip"

	Contains the raw FTIR spectra in both .LAB (MKS file format) as well as .SPC (universal spectrometer format) file types for both the PFOA and PFBA experiments.
