This dataset contains all the data used to generate Figures in the body of the manuscript and in the SI. 
All Figures generated with WaveMetrics Igor Pro software.
Each file named to correspond to the Figure which is generated from it.
Each Excel file contains a Worksheet titled 'Definitions' which has a brief description of the column header for the data within that data file.
