This file describes the dataset used in Ou et al., "State-level drivers 
of future fine particulate matter mortality in the United States." 

DATASET MANIFEST

README.txt -- This file, which provides metadata for this dataset

EASIUR-input.zip - Files for processing original data from EASIUR
    (https://barney.ce.cmu.edu/~jinhyok/easiur; Hyo et al., 2016) into 
    GCAM-USA "level0" format. Creates six output files ("Heo_extrp_XXX.csv")
    which should be copied to: 
    GCAM-USA/Main_User_Workspace/input/gcam-data-system/gcam-usa-data/level0

gcam-usa.zip - Contains GCAM-USA model source code, model-ready input 
    data (*.xml), input data processing system, and output XML database.
    Note that third-party libraries needed for compiling GCAM are not 
    part of this dataset; see the GCAM documentation for further details:
    http://jgcri.github.io/gcam-doc/
  
results.zip -  Contains model postprocessing used to generate tables and 
    figures in the paper.
    00_data: All xmls are queries used to extract GCAM-USA modeling results, 
             producing the corresponding .csv files
    Figure list.txt lists files used to produce all figures and tables in 
    the main text and Supplementary Information (SI).
